need a new read?

I’ve had a passion of reading and writing since I was a weird (and very awkward) child. Some of my first memories are of stealing my mother’s cookbook and writing an entire novel in the empty pages.

I am currently working under the mentorship of recipient of the 2023 Susan Smith Blackburn Prize for In the Amazon Warehouse Parking Lot (Playwrights Horizons) Sarah Mantell. I am in the revision process of my play The Binding Retreat, a queer retelling of the parable of Abraham and Isaac.

Join me in my journey of discovering what is necessary, relevant, validating, and exciting for Queer readers today. The Curve of Your Spine is my Home was performed regionally at Playwright Local Cleveland, and The Biggest Flicker of All was awarded Best Film by Raise the Vibration Film Festival.

My stories are born from themes of religious magic, divine coincidences, OCD patterns, mundane Queerness, and cultural phenomenons. I write outside of the bounds of text on paper and my work is meant to be lived through in a vast yet specific world.
